Talking and listening to God (prayer) is vital to us at Andover Vineyard. We want to seek God and wait expectantly for his leading in all that we do. Apart from praying for those in need at our Sunday Services and our weekly Discovery Group meetings, we have several other prayer meetings: Wednesday Prayer Meeting, Ladies Prayer Breakfast, Men's Prayer Breakfast & Praying Parent. If anyone needs urgent prayer they contact our prayer co-ordinator who circulates this to the church members. We also have a small group of confidential intercessors to pray for people who don't want their problem made public. We also have smaller get-togethers where local intercessors meet to share what is happening in their churches, and to encourage one another, and most importantly to pray for each other. You don't have to be a member of our church to request prayer. You don't even have to meet any of us if you don't want to - just send in your prayer needs on the form provided and our team of intercessors will pray for you. This is our monthly prayer meeting which is on the 1st Wednesday of each month. Please check the calendar to find the details for our next one. Ladies Prayer Breakfast On the 3rd Saturday morning of each month the ladies of the church get together for breakfast followed by a time of prayer. Please check the calendar for details of the next one. Men's Prayer Breakfast On the 4th Saturday morning of each month the men of the church get together for breakfast followed by a time of prayer. Please check the calendar for details of the next one. Praying Parent Every other Thursday morning some of the parents get together and pray for our children. We are following 'The Power of the Praying Parent' by Stormie Omartian. Please see the calendar for details of the next meeting.
